Terms and conditions

You will be contacted by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of the booking form and ?50 deposit by ?Join in Music?, to provisionally book the date and to discuss any other requirements. This will be followed by a written Confirmation Form.

If cancellation is made by the school within 15 school days of the workshop date, the full amount will be payable. Cancellation at greater than 15 days will result in the loss of deposit, unless the workshop is re-booked for another date.

If cancellation is made by ?Join in Music? then an alternative date will be offered as soon as possible, at the discounted price of ?200.
